Terms of Service
Last updated : 11 June 2025
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, scheduling a reminder, or otherwise using the Reminder Call service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 · The Service
Reminder Call lets you:
store a reminder schedule in our backend (Google Cloud / Firebase),
receive automated voice calls at the scheduled time via Twilio.
We may enhance, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3 · Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. Registration uses Firebase Phone Authentication; keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4 · Scheduling & Calls
Specify the phone number(s), date, time, recurrence, and (optional) call script.
Ensure your number can receive Twilio calls; carrier or roaming fees are yours.
Delivery is best-effort—carrier blocks, outages, or spam filters may prevent calls.
5 · Fees & Payment
If the Service offers paid tiers or credits, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or any posted refund policy.
6 · User Responsibilities
You agree to:
provide accurate schedule details,
comply with local “Do Not Disturb” or robocall laws,
obtain consent from anyone you add as a recipient,
use the Service only for lawful purposes.
