We do not record call audio unless you enable optional recording (stored ≤ 30 days).

We never sell your personal data.

6 · Retention

Schedules: until you delete them or the account
Call logs: 24 months, then anonymized/deleted
Payment records: 7 years (tax compliance)

7 · Security

TLS in transit, encrypted credentials, role-based Firebase rules, least-privilege IAM. Notify us of any suspected breach.

8 · International Transfers

Data may be processed in the USA, India, or other locations with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

9 · Your Rights

Access, correction, erasure, portability, objection, and marketing opt-out. Email support@remindercall.app; we respond within 30 days.

10 · Children

Not directed to children under 13 (or 16, where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

11 · Changes

We will post updates and change the “Last updated” date; material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
